十齋日

十個行持八齋戒的好日子， 即每月之一日、 八日、 十四日、 十五日、 十八日、 二十三日、 二十四日、 二十八日、 二十九日、 三十日。 据地藏經說， 以上十日是諸罪結集定其輕重的日子， 若人能於此十齋日對著佛菩薩的聖像讀誦地藏經一遍， 則東西南北百由旬內， 無諸災難。
